The Lay of the Land Phase 2 of Pinnacle On The Park is nearing its completion, Vancouver based Pinnacle International known for their very tall high-rise residences is almost done rounding out all phases of their Pinnacle on the Park project in East Village.
Designed by IBI Group, the full block development adds more residential units to the ever growing East Village. The towers draw architectural cues that complement the adjacent 1.5 acre park inspired by artist group, Living Lenses.
Tower 1 and 2 are architecturally distinct in their facade design and color accents. 1 with a box facade and yellow accents,2 with a curved facade and red accents.
The Community Amenities A slew of amenities are included in the development which include a lap swimming pool with spa at the podium level. And indoors, a 24-hr fitness center, resident lounge, business center and concierge services are also perks offered to residents.
Pinnacle on the Park is comprised of 1br, 2br, and 3br residential units with a variety of floor plans ranging in size from 576 SF – 1,935 SF.

Fun Facts: The full block where the towers are constructed could not be fully developed due to the Rose Canyon Fault Line which runs across from J street to Island avenue. The limitations however created Fault Line park. The park was designed by Spurlock & Poirier Landscape Architects and constructed by Pinnacle.
